Enterprise customers can configure delivery-status forwarding to a user-defined HTTP webhook. This can be useful when your application needs delivery information inside its own dashboard, audit trail, or customer workflow.Non-Enterprise accounts
Delivery reports remain available for download from PeopleWisher. This means an integration does not need webhook access to reconcile delivery reporting; Enterprise customers can additionally receive the reports automatically through their own HTTP endpoint.Endpoint requirements
Your endpoint should:- accept HTTPS requests
- return a successful HTTP response after accepting the event
- process events idempotently
- record the event ID or equivalent delivery identifier if supplied
- avoid performing long-running work before acknowledging the request
