# Delivery-status forwarding

> Forward Peoplewisher delivery reports to an HTTP endpoint on Enterprise.

Enterprise customers can have Peoplewisher forward delivery-status events to a user-defined HTTP webhook.

## What it is for

Delivery forwarding is useful when your application needs to know whether Peoplewisher successfully processed a message through:

* Email
* SMS
* WhatsApp

Your application can use the forwarded status to update its own records or customer-facing reporting.

## Enterprise availability

Delivery-status forwarding is available on **Enterprise**.

Contact Peoplewisher to enable it and receive the webhook configuration and authentication details for your account.

## Standard and Scale plans

If your account does not have Enterprise webhook access, delivery reports remain available for download directly from PeopleWisher.

No webhook implementation is required for the standard integration.
